2025 Student Enrolment & Subject Selection

Complete the form below to register your interest to enrol your child at Adya Academy. We will be in touch with you to follow up your registration.

This form must be completed by the parent/guardian/an adult over 18 years.

Student year level in 2025

Please choose the grade/year level of the student in 2025.

Grades 1 – 6

Students in Grades 1 – 6 will have both Mathematics and English subjects in each tutorial session.
These are 2 hour sessions. More information about day/time of the sessions will be informed by our team.

Grades 7 – 9

We offer both Mathematics and Science for Grades 7 – 9.

**Note: Grades 7-9 Science classes are offered every year based on enrolment numbers. If you have selected Science, you will be contacted via phone to confirm/discuss the enrolment.

Grade 10

We offer Mathematics, Advanced/Enhanced Mathematics and Science for Grades 10.

Grade 11

We offer all Mathematics and Science subjects for Grade 11.

**Note: Grade 11 Biology classes are offered every year based on enrolment numbers. If you have selected Grade 11 Biology, you will be contacted via phone to confirm/discuss the enrolment.

Grade 12

We offer all Mathematics and Science subjects for Grade 12.
